A cat’s mood may not be easily learned until after one gets to know the cat better. Cats don’t share their feelings with just anyone. They are very subtle about their moods even with those they know.

Eyelids
Cats have eyelids which we don’t see that easily. They tend to be more hidden and can be more noticeable when the cats is relaxed or has a problem with them. That’s why cats don’t blink as humans do.
Milk
Often thought of as a treat to give to cats. It’s a common story about farmers who milk cows would tend to give the barn cats the fresh milk. The cats loved it and also took care of the rodents that plagued the farmers.
Dental Care
Dental care for cats means a nuance. It means their caregivers have to use toothbrushes and brush their teeth. Not that it tends to work. It is recommended to take them to the vet where the cat is knock unconscious otherwise, no one would be able to clean their teeth. I have found it’s just easier to let them have some wet food and then they will clean their teeth better with their own tongues.
Pet
To a cat, we can be their pets. Their beloved humans. They know we think of them as our pets. I don’t know how many humans accept we could be pets to cats. I don’t have a problem with it. It’s fair and reciprocal.
Catnip
Catnip is an herb. It calms humans and makes cats go crazy. It’s much like a drug reaction. Cats on Twitter sometimes make jokes about it. Catnip for a cat is very much like marijuana for a human. It’s no wonder many people make jokes about both herbs. Sometimes is very similar ways.
Love
To a cat, love is the best thing in the world. Cats tend to love unconditionally and forever. I learned how to love unconditionally from Sir Socks. I knew he loved me dearly even when I was driving him crazy. We love each other unconditionally and will never stop. We just have a personally clash as he is a curmudgeon and I’m quite silly. Yet, we are able to get along much of the time.
Home
For a cat, a home is their territory. It is a place that is safe for them to hide from the dangers of the world. It’s also where they can find those they love. It’s a shelter from the bad weather. It’s a simple place which sometimes changes physical location, but the feelings about home itself never change.
Play
For a cat, play can be a good way to get exercise or even just learn how to respect themselves and others. Kittens play all the time whereas adult cats may or may not play as they age. I don’t mind playing with cats as I know it’s good for them as it is for me too.
Fight
When a cat is ready to fight, they have already hissed and growled. The last warning is a scream and then they attack. Cat fights are disturbing to listen to. Whenever one breaks out near me, I tried to separate the cats. Usually all I have to do is shout. The cats stop and pretend they weren’t fighting. If necessary, I will dump water on them or spray them with a hose. I know that will stop them.
It’s not good to let cats fight as they can hurt each other causing all kinds of wounds and torn ears.
