We cats need alone time. I don’t expect you to understand. My girl tells me it could be an introvert thing. She’s probably right. I just know I need time alone so I can process what has happened in my life and how silly my girl is. We cats do meditate. We know how to without being taught by humans.

In fact, it was a cat who taught humans how to meditate. Watch us and imitate. Then you will see what I mean. We can share the silence together and become better people.
